About us

We are Trainpub

We are Roman Schaad, Roman Furger and Jason Rüesch and we founded Trainpub in September 2022. We have already expanded the team with Dario Cologna, who is helping us as co-owner to make our project a reality. The shared passion – the sport – connects and fascinates us. Since we were young, sport has moved us and taught us many things. As professional athletes we have collected a lot of knowledge and skills. To pass this on in an easy way is difficult. We now want to change that.

Our Vision

On Trainpub, learned skills and knowledge from independent providers in sports are collected and made available to people interested in sports. In addition, this marketplace promotes networking in sports and is intended to broaden the horizons of sports enthusiasts.

“Der Schattdorfer” is the Mr. Engadin from the original canton of Uri. Has an angelic voice and strokes the sides of the guitar even better than the klister on his skis. Stays young and well connected with younger teammates thanks to his love of the controller.

Funfact: Is often confused with Hector from the movie Troy.

“The Monsteiner” claims he can milk cows – not proven so far. Relies on puppy dog eyes in certain situations. Incredibly hard-working and, according to colleagues, a trainer’s favorite. Probably makes the best gravy in the Landwasser Valley.

Fun fact: Already had the same hairline at the age of 16.

The other Roman is the “Schwyzer” Sunnyboy and gets along great with everyone. Sunny is also his southern taint in the summer. Taught himself the video, photo and design skills.

Funfact: His humor is sometimes difficult to understand. That’s why most of the time only he laughs at his jokes.

Co-Owner

The most notorious and well-known man from Val Müstair has turned his back on professional sports. Lying on the couch and snacking on Italian food is not his thing. That’s why the four-time Olympic champion needs new challenges. He is taking on these with the founding team.
