Trainpub is a platform where independent providers share their skills, knowledge, experience and expertise in sports with guests. Trainpub provides the connection. The offer can be created by the provider specifically, individually and easily in a few steps. Guests can browse offers and book the one that suits them. The offers are assigned to three different pubs. The SportPub, the WebinarPub and the CoachPub.
Sport-specific offers are available in the SportPub. These can be an activity, a sports lesson, or a guiding session. Each offering is individual and may vary from provider to provider.
Video conferences take place in the WebinarPub. The provider can share his/her experience and input with the viewers on a wide variety of topics in sports. Be it about nutrition in sports, motivation or goal setting in sports, there are no limits to the variety.
The CoachPub offers individualized packages. The CoachPub emphasizes a continuous process over several weeks. The duration is determined by the provider and can be seen on the offer. The coach helps the guest with his/her coaching, in different branches of the sport, to reach his sporty goals. Here, among other things, nutrition plans, training plans or psychological aspects can be in the foreground to make the guest fit.
On Trainpub you have the possibility to browse through offers in three different pubs. Go to the search area and filter the offers by category, sport, topic, date or price. Now you get an overview of the existing offers that you can book directly or send an enquiry to the provider.
Via the offers you get to the profile of the provider. On this profile you can see more detailed information about the person and the skills of them. In addition, reviews from other guests can also help you to decide on an offer.
• The WebinarPub is a public group and other viewers will join in. You can only book a seat for yourself.
• In the CoachPub you can book the offer for a certain duration. Since this is a personal coaching, only you benefit from it.
Once you have registered and logged in, select the person icon on the top right to access your profile. All information about you is stored there. All information can be changed at any time.
Yes, the profile and registration process is the same for providers and guests.
No. The profile is only visible to providers with whom you have booked an offer.
No. These details are only stored in your profile and are only visible to Trainpub AG.
Yes! In your profile under My bookings ▸ For Guest all requests and bookings are listed. Here you can get in contact with the provider and exchange information. However, a provider is only visible in “My bookings” if you have requested or booked an offer from him/her.
For security reasons a user cannot delete his/her account on Trainpub.ch by himself/herself. Please contact us if you wish to do so.
In your profile under Account Settings ▸ Password you can change and reset all login data of your account.
No. The possibility exists, but at this time it has no influence on what you do on the marketplace as a guest.
At an offer in SportPub you will find a calendar with the available dates and the corresponding times. If you want to book this offer at another time, you have the possibility to send a booking request to get in contact with the provider. Once you have decided on a suitable offer, select the date, time and number of people and click on “Book” to proceed with the booking. On the next page we ask you to enter your payment information. With a click on “Confirm payment” you send the binding request to the provider. The provider now only has to confirm your offer. As soon as your offer is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the necessary information. The amount will be reserved on your credit card after the booking confirmation and will be charged after the execution of the offer.
When you book an offer in the WebinarPub, you will find a calendar with the available dates and the corresponding times. Once you have chosen an exciting webinar, select the date and time and click “Book” to proceed with the booking. On the next page we ask you to enter your payment information. Click on “Confirm payment” to make a binding booking. With WebinarPub, the offer is booked directly and does not require confirmation by the provider. The amount will be reserved on your credit card and will be charged after the offer has taken place.
When you book an offer in CoachPub, you will find all the necessary information about the coaching on the offer. The price and duration of the offer can be seen on the right side of the page. If you want to discuss details with the coach in advance, you have the possibility to send a booking request to get in contact with the provider. Once you have decided on the offer, click on “Book” to proceed with the booking. On the next page we ask you to enter your payment information. With a click on “Confirm payment” the provider receives a binding request. As soon as the provider has accepted your request, your credit card will be charged with the amount.
If you have booked an offer, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation and all related information. Under “My bookings” you can see all your booked and requested offers. You can also view your next appointments in your personal calendar at any time. When you are ready, you meet your provider punctually at the previously defined meeting point.
Once you have booked a webinar, you will receive an email with the confirmation and all related information. The link in the email will take you directly to trainpub.ch and the start page for the webinar. Under “My bookings” you can see all your booked webinars. You can also view your next webinar dates in your personal calendar at any time. Click on the link in the e-mail about 15 minutes before the start. Here you can see how long it will take until the webinar starts. You do not need to download anything, only an internet connection is required. Now there is nothing in the way to watch an exciting video conference about a topic you are interested in.
If you have discovered an exciting coaching that will help you achieve your sporting goals and ambitions, then book it. However, if there are still open questions to be clarified before booking, send the coach a non-binding request for his offer. You now have the opportunity to discuss details of the collaboration in advance, so you know what to expect. Once you have booked the offer, the coaching will start and you will be able to develop your skills and knowledge thanks to your personal provider.
If an offer is posted without a suitable date, you can send the provider a booking request. To do this, click on “Send request” on the right side of the offer. Requests can only be sent in SportPub and CoachPub.
If you have decided on an interesting webinar and would like to participate, book it via the offer. With the help of TWILIO, which is integrated on our website, the rest is easy. When you book, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to log in to the webinar on time.
At the moment the payment of the offers is only possible by credit card. We are considering other payment options.
In order to protect the privacy of the suppliers and to avoid being bombarded with questions, you can contact them only after you have made a booking or a booking request. There is no other option at this time.
The following cancellation options apply to listings in the SportPub and WebinarPub. In the CoachPub, cancellation is not possible after the provider has accepted your request.
• Up to 7 days before the appointment the guest’s refund is 92%.
• Up to 3 days before the appointment the guest’s refund is 80%.
• Up to 1 day before the date the guest’s refund is 50%.
• In case of cancellation in the last 24 hours, there will be no refund.
The provider can cancel the offer up to a maximum of 3 hours before the appointment. In this case you will receive a full refund.
On My Bookings ▸ For Guest you can see your booked offers. When you click on an offer, you will see a button “Cancel booking”. Note that a cancellation on the part of the guest will incur costs. Before you cancel, contact the provider.
Bookings cannot be changed. If it is not possible for you to keep the appointment, please contact the provider directly about the offer and agree with him on the further procedure.
At Trainpub provider and guest rate each other. A fair and honest feedback is important.
You have the possibility to rate the offers you have already made. The submission of a rating is voluntary and does not happen automatically. As soon as the offer has been carried out successfully, you will receive an email a few days after the appointment with which you will be forwarded directly to the evaluation page. Then describe his offer in a few words and rate it with 1 to 5 stars.
