Tips for a successful offer
We will guide you step by step through the process of creating an offer. Find important information and tips to help you get started on Trainpub.

Your offer is one of many on Trainpub. With an interesting offer title you can arouse the interest of the community. Your title should be between 20 and 30 characters long. If your title is longer, it will be abbreviated with three dots (…) on the “Browse page”. Your full title will only be visible when the guest clicks on your offer.
Use unique keywords that describe your offer.
Be creative.
An important step in creating your offer is the description. With an interesting description you can attract more guests. Below, we’ll help you make sure your guests can find the most important information about your offer.
The first 60 to 70 characters of your description are the most important. These will be visible when browsing. Decide how you want to use the first words.
For example: Learn how to play tennis properly. Tips from a pro.
On Trainpub you will be mentioned only with your first name and the first letter of your last name (e.g. Max S.). If you want, you can mention your whole name in the description to create more transparency.
Do you offer a SportPub? Mention if your offer is a sport lesson, guiding or sport activity.
Mention in which sport you want to carry out your offer.
Mention what you will learn in your offer. Is it something about technique, tactics, some impressions, experiences or knowledge about a certain sport or topic.
What are the benefits in your offer. Describe your skills, your experience, your successes or something that the guest will not get with any other offer.
Explain the process of your offer so that your guests can relate to your offer a little better.
Is your offer for beginners, advanced, professionals or can anyone participate? Describe if skills are needed.
Do you offer a guiding? Explain where the tour goes. How challenging is the tour and how long does it take? Do you provide food or should each guest provide their own food? Mention other important information that your guests will need for your guiding.
What equipment should be brought and what do you provide?
Does the guest need to prepare for your offer? If so, what should he do beforehand?
Are you offering different offers from different people? Tell something about the person who will perform the offer.
With the CoachPub, communication is an important component. Describe how you will coach your guest. How will the communication look like and how often will you be in contact with the guest.
Mention any other important information you feel is necessary for your offer.

In which language will you make your offer?
If you provide the equipment, mention more details about it. This information will be sent to the guest by email after the booking.
In which season does your offer take place? In summer, in winter or regardless of the season? Our guests can use this information to simplify their search.
Specify which sport your offering is in. Our guests can use this information to simplify their search.
Choose a topic you want to tell or coach about. Our guests can use this information to simplify their search.
Enter the address where your offer will take place. In addition, you should define the meeting place as precisely as possible so that you also meet with the guest. The exact meeting place will be sent to the guest by email after the booking.
Enter the maximum number of participants for your offer. A maximum of 49 people is possible. You determine the price. This price is valid for every person who books your offer.
Enter the price for your coaching package. Try to find the right and fair price.
Plan your dates well in advance. Choose the start and end time and a corresponding date.
You can select multiple dates.
• SportPub appointments can last no longer than 24 hours. If you want to offer a multi-day offer, the CoachPub might be the right choice. Or you may mention in your offer description that your offer will last several days.
• WebinarPub appointments can last up to 3 hours.
An offer in CoachPub extends over a period of time defined by you. For example, specify the period in weeks or months (e.g. “7 weeks” or “3 months”). Or mention that your coaching will take place e.g. every week (e.g. “Every Monday in July – 1 hour” or “10 sessions of 2 hours each”). You define with the guest when and how the coaching will start and on which date the coaching will end. Or how many sessions you will offer in this coaching. You are flexible and can enter this according to your preferences.
We recommend that you mention in the description that you offer the guest a free initial consultation to clarify ambiguities and define individual goals. Ask the guest to send an inquiry.
Choose suitable photos that will inspire and motivate guests to book your offer. For example, a photo of you practicing your sport. Be real and personal!
Your data will be saved as soon as you click on “Next”. This gives you the opportunity to continue and complete your offer at a later time on My Listings.
All done? Then click on Publish.
Your offer will be listed immediately and can be found by guests.
Do you want to make changes later? No problem!
On My Listings you can find your listings and edit or deactivate/activate them.

Once you have an active offer on Trainpub, we need your payout details. Only then we can transfer your earnings to you.
Go to the account settings, select Payout details and fill in all the missing information.
